1. No Refund / No Exchange / No Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
All our candles are handcrafted to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preferences.
2. Color & Design Variation
As our candles are hand-poured in small batches, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance intensity.
These variations are part of the handmade charm and do not qualify as a defect.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare case you receive a damaged product, you must share an uncut package unboxing video as proof. Please ensure that the video is sent on the same day you receive the product.
The video should clearly show the outer packaging, opening process, and product condition upon arrival.
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claims.
If approved, we will offer a replacement for the same product (subject to availability).
4. Processing & Shipping Time
Processing Time: 3 – 6 business days (as each piece is handmade).
Shipping Time: 4 – 10 business days depending on your location.
We do not take responsibility for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Temperature & Storage
Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
7. Custom / Bulk Orders
All customized and bulk orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Any replacement (if applicable) will be offered only in case of verified transit damage.
