1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

During festivals, sales, or special launches, processing times may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

We work with trusted courier services across India to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, public holidays, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.

Any additional delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.

5. Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly.
Reentha will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

In rare cases, if your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@reentha.com
with your order ID.
We’ll coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
